Recurring billing API drops customers from plans?

Hey guys,

When one of our subscribers signs up, we charge the card and pass in a product_sku, so that they are associated with a recurring billing plan. At that point, they show up fine in our various reports etc.

After their second/third recurring bill, they are no-longer ‘tagged’ with a plan. So when we run a report, they are not showing up under our plans.

Any insight as to why this is happening? Support told us to post here.
