Custom PCI DSS Compliant solution

We just completed rolling out a creative solution for a national food service company. The company receives customer food orders via their corporate site and needs to forward the order and credit card details to the appropriate distributor or franchise for processing and order completion. They approached us with their challenge of being able to continually do this in an automated and PCI DSS Compliant manner.

Every order submitted via the corporate site is passed to SecureVault and made accessible to the appropriate distributor or franchise.

Distributors and franchises are notified that they have a new order and are able to use our virtual terminal to either process the transaction or extract the credit card data in clear text to key enter it into a terminal or point of sale. They’re able to pull the credit card details in clear text because it’s within our PCI DSS Compliant virtual terminal.

Because the merchant is using our Transparent Redirect API and SecureVault, no credit card data is ever handled or stored which dramatically reduces PCI ‘scope’ and greatly simplify compliance for the organization.
